She make it her mission to address and solve community issues. She has more than 10 years to work with community. She is studying towards Masters in Environment and Sustainable Development at the African University (AU) Zambia.
If she is not working Shikangala-Djani prefer spending her free time reading entrepreneurship and renovation books. She prefer staying at home to going out with her families to do outdoor activities.
Enya-Dine serves as the Office Manager, bringing with her seven years of extensive experience in the establishment and development of blueberry projects.
Her background spans HR & wages, social and environmental compliance, and financial administration within the blueberry industry. Enya-Dine is known for her meticulous attention to detail and a strong commitment to getting things right the first time. Her ability to quickly learn new skills and her unwavering willingness to assist make her an invaluable asset to our team.

Reabetswe is a dedicated agricultural enthusiast with a Bachelor’s degree in Crop Production from Tshwane University. With four years of hands-on experience in the blueberry industry, she has honed her expertise in various aspects of agricultural production.
As Technical and Production Assistant, Reabetswe’s key responsibilities include managing fertigation, overseeing irrigation systems, planning harvests, ensuring field quality control (QC), and maintaining cold room quality standards.
Her professional goals are deeply rooted in her passion for agriculture, with a strong focus on transferring valuable skills to young people who share her enthusiasm for the field.
Dr Wilfred C. Singogo is a highly respected educator at Namibia Berries, using his extensive experience in horticulture, agronomy and forestry. With a diverse educational background and decades of hands-on involvement in various agricultural projects, Dr Singogo brings a unique blend of academic and practical skills to his work.
He holds a PhD in Horticulture and a Master's in Agricultural Engineering from the prestigious Kansas State University. Dr Singogo is known for his pioneering work in sustainable vegetable production and farmer education.

Nathalia joined Namibia Berries in May 2023 and currently serves as the team's Environmental, Health and Safety Officer. Nathalia is dedicated to ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations within the agricultural operations.
Her responsibilities include monitoring safety programmes and practices to prevent accidents, injuries, and health issues among employees. She also administers first aid as needed, maintains all required environmental records and documentation, and oversees the supply, operation, and maintenance of personal protective equipment.
Nathalia holds a BSc in Environmental and Sustainability and is currently studying towards a MSc Degree in the same field. She has also obtained several training certificates in health and safety.
Debbie is a dedicated HR professional with an Honours degree in Human Resource Management from the International University of Management. She recently completed an internship as HR Manager and IT trainee for an IFC-compliant Resettlement Action Plan at Namibia Berries.
Her experience also includes an internship with the HR Department at Kavango West Regional Council, where she gained practical skills in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.

As Production Assistant, his responsibilities include quality control, management of staff productivity, planning and implementation of field trials, pest management, and management of all data capturing and analysis. Alex is passionate about young people’s involvement in the development of a sustainable food value chain.
Filip is based in Ndongo Village, where Namibia Berries is located. He joined the company as a general worker but was quickly promoted to the position of Team Lead for the irrigation team because of his dedication. Filip is very passionate about his role as he continues to grow in the company.
Based in Ndongo Village, Sintia joined Namibia Berries in July 2023 as a student. After the completion of her training, she was appointed the Team Lead of the scouting team. Since joining Namibia Berries she has expanded her knowledge of quality control, irrigation, and health and safety, and looks forward to learning more as she grows within the company.
Leocadia is from Ndongo Village and joined Namibia Berries in July 2023. She completed the company’s training under Dr Wilfred Singogo and was appointed as the Team Lead for pruning. She is eager to learn more and is excited about more growth opportunities within the company.
